Last Wednesday was "Science Week" for SUIS and was yet another successful visit by Dr. Sum to share with students his passion for dentistry. Dr. Sum has been on tour to several international schools this year and at Aidencare we are extremely happy to see new faces at the clinic! Patients are increasingly becoming aware of Aidencare and seeing how it completely differs to other clinics, offering better quality and service for an affordable price.

Students at Shanghai United International School Pudong Campus had a special guest yesterday to help us learn all about careers in Science fields and how Dentists do the important work they do. Dr Sum showed students how cavities form and how they are expertly filled. We learnt about polymerisation of cavity filler and students all got to try their hand at filling in a cavity on their own model tooth!

I think it’s clear that we have a few new dentists in the making! Thanks so much to Dr Sum and his team for their engaging and informative session! I hope we can invite them back in the near future!
